Q: How do I place an order or request a quote?
A: Use our Online Order / Quote form or contact us by phone/text/email. Share your event date, delivery time, address, guest count, and what you’d like to serve.

Q: What details do you need to quote fast?
A: Date + delivery time, full address, estimated guest count, beverage choices (and gallons), and whether you need cups/condiments or food add-ons. Venue delivery instructions (loading dock, room number, gate code) help a lot.

Q: How quickly will you respond?
A: We typically respond quickly during business hours, and we’ll confirm availability and details as soon as possible. For urgent orders, call/text for the fastest turnaround.

Q: Can I make changes after submitting my order request?
A: Yes—changes happen. Send updates as soon as you can so we can confirm availability and adjust quantities.

Q: Do you take last-minute orders?
A: We do our best to accommodate short-notice requests. Rush orders may require additional coordination and may include a rush fee depending on timing and availability.

Delivery & Service Area

Q: What areas do you deliver to?
A: We deliver across the Greater Denver Metro and the Front Range, including Fort Collins and Colorado Springs. If you’re outside the metro area, submit your request and we’ll confirm.

Q: Do you deliver 24/7?
A: Yes—delivery is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: Do you charge a delivery fee?
A: Delivery pricing varies by distance and order type. Your quote will include the delivery fee based on your location.

Q: Can you deliver to venues with loading docks, security, or special access rules?
A: Yes. Add delivery instructions (loading dock info, room number, security check-in, parking notes, gate codes) to your order request.

Q: Do you offer pickup after the event?
A: Yes. Select Delivery + Pickup Later on the order form and include a preferred pickup window.

Quantities & Planning

Q: How many cups are in a gallon?
A: As a general guide, 1 gallon is about 20 servings (6 oz cups).

Q: What’s the minimum order?
A: Orders can start at 2 gallons.

Q: Can you help me choose how many gallons to order?
A: Absolutely. Share your guest count and event length, and we’ll recommend quantities based on your beverage selections.

Q: Can you handle large events?
A: Yes. We support everything from small meetings to large venues and big crowds.

Setup & Equipment

Q: Do your containers need electricity?
A: No. Our thermal containers are designed for easy self-serve service without power.

Q: What kind of containers do you use?
A: Hot beverages are delivered in insulated thermal urns. Cold beverage delivery methods depend on the order type and beverage selection.

Q: How long do hot beverages stay hot?
A: Heat retention varies by container size and beverage type. As a general guideline, larger thermal containers hold heat longer. If you share your event schedule, we’ll recommend the best setup.

Q: Can you provide urn covers for a more formal look?
A: Yes—urn covers may be available for select events. Request them in your order form.

Coffee & Beverage Options

Q: Do you offer decaf?
A: Yes—decaf options are available.

Q: Is coffee the only beverage you offer?
A: Not at all. We offer hot and cold beverage options like hot chocolate, hot spiced cider, tea, lemonade, iced tea, water, and more.

Q: Can we provide our own coffee for you to brew?
A: Yes. If you have a preferred brand (or coffee sponsor), you can provide it and we can brew and deliver it—details can be added to your request.

Q: Do you offer espresso?
A: We focus on brewed beverages and bulk beverage service. If you need espresso service, ask us and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Food Add-Ons & Supplies

Q: Do you offer food?
A: Yes—breakfast and pastry add-ons are available (great for meetings and morning events).

Q: What food add-ons can I request?
A: Popular options include donuts, bagels, muffins, Danish, and other pastries depending on availability.

Q: Do you provide cups, creamers, sugar, and supplies?
A: Yes. You can request cups, lids, creamers, sugar/sweeteners, napkins, and stir sticks so your beverage station is fully ready-to-serve.

Q: Can you provide “dress up” items for hot cocoa or cider?
A: Yes—items like toppings or add-ons may be available. Add a note in your order request and we’ll confirm.
