1) Agreement to Terms

By using bosbrewedcoffee.com, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2) Our Services

Bo’s Brewed Coffee provides bulk brewed coffee, beverage catering, supplies (cups/condiments), and optional breakfast/pastry add-ons (“Services”). Availability may vary by date, location, and vendor supply.

3) Quotes, Orders, and Changes

Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (date/time, location, quantities, supplies). Quotes may change if:

  • Quantities or selections change

  • Delivery address or timing changes

  • Vendor costs or availability change

  • Special handling/access requirements apply (security, loading docks, long carry distance, etc.)

Placing an Order

An order is considered accepted when we confirm it via phone/text/email or written confirmation.

Changes

If you need changes, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate, but changes are subject to availability and scheduling.

4) Customer Responsibilities (Delivery & Site Access)

You agree to provide accurate delivery details and ensure reasonable access for delivery (parking/loading access, room numbers, gate codes, venue rules). If access issues prevent timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

If you select “Delivery + Pickup Later,” you agree to provide a pickup window and ensure items are accessible for pickup.

5) Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment terms, deposits (if any), and acceptable payment methods will be provided with your quote/confirmation.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.

Recommended policy (optional — IF YOU WANT):
Deposits: Orders over $____ may require a deposit of $____ or ____%.
Final payment due: ____ (e.g., upon delivery / net 7 / net 14).

6) Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because we schedule staffing and source supplies in advance:

  • Cancellations/reschedules should be requested as early as possible.

  • If we’ve already incurred costs (vendor orders, scheduling, preparation), cancellation fees may apply.

Recommended policy (optional — IF YOU WANT):

  • Cancel/reschedule 72+ hours prior: no fee (or credit)

  • 48–72 hours: up to ____% fee

  • Under 48 hours: up to ____% fee

  • Same-day: may be non-refundable

7) Food & Beverage Notes (Allergens / Safety)

Some items may be produced or handled by third-party vendors. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If allergies or dietary concerns are important, notify us in writing before the event, and confirm directly with venue/guests as needed.

8) Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content (text, branding, logos, graphics) is owned by Bo’s or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

9) Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or interfere with the site or forms

  • Use the site to transmit spam or malicious code

  • Misrepresent identity or submit false information

10) Disclaimers

The website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that the site will be error-free.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bo’s Brewed Coffee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bo’s Brewed Coffee harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

13) Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, power outages, vendor disruptions, labor issues, emergencies, or governmental actions.

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
